Our work experience
Rayhana has held a portfolio of lands in Egypt since 1998, acquiring these lands over the years. After successfully completing numerous projects outside of Egypt in 13 countries , the company entered the Egyptian market in 2024, establishing its headquarters in West Cairo. This marks a significant new beginning for the company in Egypt.
RAYHANA
Rayhana Developments was established in 1984 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, initially focusing on contracting. After successfully executing a large number of projects, the company shifted to real estate development, delivering several distinguished projects in Riyadh, particularly in the Al Olaya district. Over the past 40 years, Rayhana has completed more than 50 projects and expanded its services to 13 countries.
